Lovely stay, however parking was a shame had to pay £29 for 24 hours at the ncp behind it. It was right in the city centre which was great

Big brands are still trustworthy. Although it cannot be compared with Hilton Hotels in China, it is pretty good in the UK. The location is opposite the castle and the museum, which is very convenient. The airport bus is 10 pounds to the airport. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant space is comfortable

Unfortunately there was no hot water or heating at the hotel due to some technical issues. They offered partial compensation which is very poor giving this is such a big hotel chain.

Central location but Cardiff city on a Friday night is absolutely horrendous!! Noisy, rowdy, lots of drunks and extremely wild to the point when we got back to our hotel, we found the hotel had put a metal security barriers at the entrance and the security guy insisted to see our room keycard before letting us in!! Really felt like we were in a place that is quite unsafe.

First-class Service even upgraded our room and provided a lovely welcome birthday balloon, cupcake and two drinks at the bar. Breakfast was varied and tasty will stay again in future.
